Custom and bespoke lighting in solid brass

Sometimes the catalog gets you close, but not all the way. The ceiling is higher, the table is longer, or the room needs a piece slightly larger than standard. Every LightCove fixture is handcrafted to order in our workshop, so many of our designs can be adapted. Custom chandeliers, pendants and sconces are available on request: send us your idea and we will reply with a quote.

What we can customize

Size and proportions

Many fixtures can be made wider, narrower, taller or smaller: a larger chandelier for a long dining table, a compact dome for a narrow hallway, a longer arm on a sconce.

Drop length and ceiling fittings

Pendant and chandelier drops can be adjusted for high ceilings, stairwells and double-height spaces. Sloped ceiling kits are available on request.

Finish

Choose raw, polished, brushed or antique brass, or matt black. Antique brass is a darker, aged brass tone. Finish samples are available on request.

Shades

Many designs can be discussed with alabaster or glass shades. Tell us the look you want and we will confirm what is possible for that fixture.

Custom chandeliers and pendants

A custom chandelier is often the centerpiece of a room. Starting from our chandeliers, sputnik chandeliers or linear chandeliers, we can discuss width, number of lights and drop. Requests also cover pendant lights, wall sconces and vanity lights sized to a mirror.

How a custom request works

1. Send your idea. A link to the fixture you are starting from, the dimensions you need, a sketch or a reference photo.
2. Receive a quote. We reply with a price, any questions about the details and the production timing.
3. Confirm the details. We confirm dimensions and finish with you before production starts.
4. Handcrafted to order. Your fixture is made in our workshop in solid brass.

Custom fixtures are built with UL-listed components, and installation should be carried out by a licensed electrician (see our installation guide).

Do you make custom pieces for homeowners?

Yes. Homeowners can request custom work directly. Interior designers, architects and contractors also benefit from trade pricing.

Is there a discount for several custom pieces?

Trade members receive 15% off from 10 pieces of the same reference and 20% from 20 pieces.
