Shipping policy
Each LightCove piece is handmade to order in solid brass by our partner artisans, then shipped by express courier with tracking.
Delivery time
- Production: 7 to 9 business days
- Shipping: 3 to 6 business days
- Total delivery time: about 10 to 15 business days
You receive your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Some items ship faster from our US warehouse. Delays can occasionally happen during high-demand periods, holidays or customs clearance.
Shipping costs & destinations
We offer free shipping on all orders. If any region or shipping limitation applies to your order, it is clearly stated at checkout.
Customs & import duties
- United States: import duties are prepaid by us. Nothing to pay on delivery.
- Other countries: import duties and taxes may apply, depending on your country, and are collected by the carrier on delivery. Contact us before ordering for an estimate.
Undeliverable packages
If a package comes back to us because of an incorrect address, a refused delivery or a parcel not collected from a pick-up point, we will let you know by email. Reshipping fees apply if you want the item sent again.

Our products are handcrafted with skilled brass artisans in India and shipped from our partner workshop, or from our US warehouse for items in stock.
