At LightCove, we are committed to delivering your order safely and promptly. Please read our shipping policy below to understand how we handle processing times, delivery schedules, and tracking.


Total Delivery Time

Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Shipping Time

  • Order Cut-off Time: 6:00 PM CET (Central European Time)

  • Handling Time: 1–3 business days

  • Shipping Time: 2–6 business days

  • Business Days: Monday to Saturday

Please note that processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods or holidays.


Shipping Methods & Times

Shipping times depend on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 2 to 6 business days.

While we strive to meet the estimated delivery times, unexpected delays (e.g., weather, customs clearance, or logistics disruptions) may occasionally occur.


Shipping Costs & Destinations

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders.
There are no hidden fees or extra delivery charges.

If any region or shipping limitation applies to your order, it will be clearly stated at checkout.


Order Processing & Tracking

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor the status and location of your delivery at any time.

If you do not receive your tracking information within a few days, please contact our customer service team for assistance.


Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Failure to collect the package from a pick-up point

We will notify you by email. Reshipping fees will apply if you wish to have the item sent again.


Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance procedures.

International orders may be subject to duties or taxes depending on your country’s regulations.
If a customer refuses to pay customs duties and the order is returned, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.


Production & Logistics

Our products are handcrafted in partnership with skilled brass artisans in India.

Orders are shipped directly from our partner workshop and logistics center in India, allowing us to oversee production and maintain quality control from start to finish.
