Do I need a discount code ?
No. Sign in to your trade account and the right discount is applied automatically at checkout, based on the number of pieces in your order.
Can I mix different models and finishes ?
Yes. Pieces are counted across your whole order, whatever the model or finish.
When does it end ?
Trade Days run from Wednesday October 14 at 10am ET to Friday October 16 at 6pm ET. After that, trade pricing goes back to 10% off, 15% from 10 pieces and 20% from 20.
I'm working on a large project. Can I get a quote ?
Yes. Reply to any of our emails or write to info@lightcove.store with your list. For projects over $5,000, you get a personal quote within the hour during Trade Days, with a custom finish or size included.
My project installs in a few months. Can I still get this price ?
Yes. Order during Trade Days to lock the price, and we ship on the date you choose. Just reply to your order confirmation with your date.
How is my order shipped ?
Every piece is handmade to order in solid brass and ships free by express courier, with tracking. US import duties are prepaid: nothing to pay on delivery.
What is your return policy ?
You can return unused pieces in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is at the customer's cost. Custom pieces (size, finish or color made to order) can't be returned. Damaged or defective pieces are replaced or refunded at our cost.
